Antonio Oyarzabal
Antonio Oyarzabal is a concert pianist living in London. He obtained his Masters and Artist Diploma at the Guildhall School, studying with Caroline Palmer. He recently debuted at Cadogan Hall (London). Other recent debuts include LSO St Luke’s and Barbican Hall; and with Bilbao Symphony Orchestra and conductor Juanjo Mena.
Antonio performs actively around the UK and abroad. Recently, Antonio recorded his third CD with IBS Classical record label; La Muse Oubliée, a collection of piano works by women composers. This album has been awarded with a Golden Melomano, rated 5 star from BBC Music Magazine, appeared in The Observer, and received glowing reviews from many European magazines. It has been selected as 1 of the 5 best piano albums of 2021 by Fanfare Magazine (US). Because of Antonio’s work in the field of women composer, he has been named Ambassador for Donne.uk, one of the most important institutions for women in music
